A therapeutic and relaxing Ayurvedic treatment that starts with an abhyanga massage followed by a continuous and gentle stream of warm herbal infused oil poured onto the forehead, specifically the "third eye" area, while the recipient lies in a comfortable position. Intuitive Massage

Kansa Massage

Pizhichil*

Navarakizhi*

Kati Vasti*

A traditional Ayurvedic treatment that involves retaining warm, herbal infused oil on the lower back within a dam-like structure made from black gram paste or wheat flour dough. This therapy is often used to relieve lower back pain, stiffness, and related issues. The warm oil helps to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and alleviate discomfort in the lower back region.

*Keep in mind that these Ayurvedic therapies are traditional given in Ayurveda in sessions of 7 to 21 times depending on the condition. One session will provide relieve and healing however to address a condition several therapies are necessary.
